Incredible experience all around! I highly recommend them for any type of gathering big or small! I especially enjoyed the fact that I didn’t have to clean the dishes myself. I will be using them again and again.

I really appreciated how all the dishes and glassware and tableware were sparkling clean, and packed soooo well.
I thought the price was reasonable too. I would absolutely use MPR again in the future and would recommend MPR to my friends and family.

The only downside were that the chairs were not all clean (see photo), and a few were missing plastic glides on some legs (so the chairs were uneven on a flat floor surface).
I would use them again, but hope that they can consider ensuring the cleanliness of the chairs going forward. It detracted from our own event having to spend time wiping them down.

What size tent do I need for 100 guests?
It is a very usual question of ours! The response to this will be determined by your event layout. A tent size of about 30×50 feet or 40×40 feet is usually suggested to accommodate a seated dinner of 100 people with round tables and enable them to converse more often. Assuming that you are going to have a dance floor, a buffet line, a bar, and a DJ booth, you will opt to rent a tent with a size of 40x 60 feet so that you have enough space to accommodate all that you have without feeling congested. We would be glad to make such personalized recommendations depending on the particularities of your event.
Can I rent accessories like lighting and flooring?
Absolutely! We are a complete rental company. The accessories are highly recommendable and are the ones that make a tent a venue. Flooring provides a stable surface that is even and safe to the feet of your guests. Lighting is important in creating the atmosphere of fancy chandeliers to romantic bistro lighting. How far in advance should I book my party rentals?
In order to get the best chances of selection and availability, we suggest that you book as early as possible. In case of large events such as weddings, or high seasons (late spring to early fall), it is best to book 6-12 months before. In the case of smaller events or off-season dates, we want to suggest at least a 4-6 weeks booking time. Anyway, with that said, you should not be afraid to reach out to us with last-minute requests, we will always do what we can to help you out!
