We rented Tents, tables and chairs from Meadowvale Party Rentals. They were Awesome! Friendly people, easy to work with and they made special arrangements for us to return everything on a holiday so i wouldn't have to take even more time off work. I can't recommend them enough!

Not only were there prices fantastic, but they were so easy to work with and made sure to have my tables, chairs and tent up and ready in plenty of time for our event. So friendly and helpful! Very reasonably priced. We rented at the last minute and the tables, chairs and linens made all the difference to the ambience of the party.
We used Meadowvale rentals a couple of times, once for my daughter's shower and the other time for her wedding reception. They were professional and timely
If you’re looking for a great party rental company, stop searching because you’ve found it! I used Meadowvale’s services for a party I threw in June and found them to be really easy to work with and very affordable. Keisha was super professional and even though we had to alter our order a number of times as the event needs changed she was responsive and very helpful the whole way through.

Overall, a good experience. They were easy to communicate with, clearly outlined their terms and procedures, and provided a reasonable cost.
The only downside were that the chairs were not all clean (see photo), and a few were missing plastic glides on some legs (so the chairs were uneven on a flat floor surface).
I would use them again, but hope that they can consider ensuring the cleanliness of the chairs going forward. It detracted from our own event having to spend time wiping them down.

They were a great price and very accommodating for figuring out all the details of the tent, table and chairs. The seat cushions were comfortable. We would give them a 4.5 stars but Google won't allow 1/2 stars. The one thing I will mention is timing, they showed up with the wrong sides and missing a part to the tent, which showed up hours later, an inconvenience for set up. When they came to pick up the tent and such, it was pitch black out.
I want to say a huge ‘thank you ‘for arranging a fabulous event for us last weekend. Your staff was reliable, helpful and organized everything very professionally. The quality of tent and tableware was outstanding.They took care of the finer details and ensured that the food was enjoyed by everyone. They also kept all the service areas tidy. Food was awesome and all the guests enjoyed the great taste.

I recently used Meadowvale Party Rentals for a baby shower I was hosting. They were kind enough to install the 20x20 tent a couple days before which helped a lot with having everything ready for the party. I will be using Meadowvale party rentals again for future parties and gatherings.
